Richard leads the BSG team and holds the role of eCommerce Director for BSG Retail Partners.

Richard has 17 years eCommerce and Digital Strategy experience working with pureplay eCommerce start-ups right through to established retail businesses with 9 figure eCommerce operations.

In the early 2000s Richard formed an eCommerce Software Development business which was acquired in 2012 by a competitor. Richard then co-founded an eCommerce Import/Retail business which was acquired by Mighty Ape within a year of launch.

He then joined the team at eStar as Chief Client Officer. eStar is the leading Enterprise eCommerce Platform in Australasia. In this position, Richard worked alongside some of the strongest retailers in the region - David Jones, Country Road Group (Country Road, Witchery, Mimco, Trenery), Briscoe Group, helping shape their Digital direction and drive their success.

Richard and the wider BSG Team now apply their combined experience across our Retail Partners providing them with an Enterprise-Level eCommerce Team and driving the growth of their eCommerce operations.
